Non-emergency appointments are given a two-hour estimated window for arrival, which is agreed with you, and confirmed in writing during the booking process.
All workmanship is guaranteed for a year, and covered by a free return visit, so you have absolute confidence that you're in safe hands.

Out Of Hours/Emergency call-out:
Plumbingwerx offers a very competitive 24-hour emergency service, 7 days a week. All emergency calls are attended within one hour, whenever possible.
Reactive repairs:
General, non-urgent issues are booked in for a visit at a day and time suitable to you. Bookings are given a two-hour window of attendance, to help minimise any disruption to your day.
