A Plumbingwerx initiative, Boiler Biker was launched in late 2020 in response to the worsening traffic conditions, and road closures throughout London.

In the event of an emergency Boiler Biker is able to attend to approximately 98% of call-outs within an hour, subject to engineer availability. Additionally, if parts are required for the job to be carried out, Boiler Biker can minimise the travel time to a supplier, and thereby lower the cost to the customer.
